barrientos RYAN is planning a mixed-use apartment development in Seattle’s Mercer Street Theater District, located on the north side of Seattle Center. The proposed project is intended to be an eight-story, multi-family project with approximately 300 residential units and ground level commercial with below-grade parking. There will be a broad mix of residential unit sizes to serve a diverse community of people, including affordable housing.
