5th Avenue Theatre Renovation

barrientos RYAN was hired to assist the 5th Avenue Theatre in developing a master plan for future renovations to this wonderful, historic theater space. There were seismic upgrades required in the building, along with expansion plans for the lobby, concessions, dressing rooms, stage and backstage areas. In addition, it was time for replacement of the carpet and seats, along with major upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems in the theater.
