The Development Partnership of Cahill Equities and barrientosRYAN LLC is developing a new 342 unit high rise residential tower directly across the street from the Brooklyn Light Rail Station opening in 2020.

With an ideal location in Seattle’s thriving University district and the new light rail station, our vision is to create a project that is built to last, which creates ample public gathering spaces and offers a high-quality, and thoughtful design for the neighborhood. We are very pleased to again partner with Cahill Equities, and Blanton Turner marketing & property management on this new development as we share the same vision and values needed to make this a special addition to this community.

With an intentional design focus on connectivity and walkability, the project will feature increased pedestrian and landscaping investments along both Brooklyn and 45th.
