barrientos RYAN developed this mixed-use project that leased up within five months. Located at the corner of East Union Street and 14th Avenue, Chloe sits between the southern edge of the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the northern edge of neighboring First Hill. This new project added high-quality, contemporary market rate apartment housing along with small-scale neighborhood retail to this rapidly developing multi-family neighborhood.

The apartments include a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Local favorites Skillet, Marjorie and Mode of Fitness activate the streetscape and enhance the pedestrian experience. Parking for both residents and retail is located below grade.
