Lincoln School

While a partner at Lorig Associates, Maria was involved in renovating the former Lincoln High School in Eugene, Oregon into 59 apartments. One of the most unique features of the renovation was the conversion of the central theater/community space into an open air courtyard. A number of apartments face this interior courtyard.

The project was fully leased within 60 days of completion, and remains one of the most popular living spaces in Eugene to this day.
