Overlake Golf & Country Club

The Overlake Golf and Country Club needed to replace an aging existing facility with a new clubhouse. Maria Barrientos was hired to serve as the Owner’s Representative. She assisted with the management of the architect, contractor and interior design team, as well as keeping the project on budget during the construction process.

Maria brought a wealth of experience to this project, having developed over a dozen golf course clubhouses during her lengthy career in real estate development. The renovation at Overlake included expanded locker rooms for both men and women, an expanded kitchen, two separate dining rooms, a catering kitchen for special events and a state-of-the art golf-cart storage and staging area.
