Packard Building

Located at the corner of Pine Street and 12th Avenue East, the Packard building was renovated and converted into high-quality, contemporary market rate residential housing in the desirable Pike/Pine neighborhood of Seattle’s Capitol Hill. The apartments include a mix of light-filled lofts, one- and two-bedroom units with 10- to 16-foot ceilings as part of the original building. barrientos RYAN handled the renovation and developed three additional new floors of housing.

Eltana and Poké Bar have added local dining options to the neighborhood on the building’s ground floor.
