The Pearl

Located at corner of East Madison Street and 15th Avenue East, The Pearl has added high-quality, contemporary market rate housing to Seattle’s Pike/Pine Triangle. The apartments include a mix of light-filled studios and one-bedroom units surrounding a landscaped courtyard. Along 15th Avenue, retail shops, a coffee house and restaurant have activated the streetscape, including Anchovies and Olives, Bar Cotto, Healeo and Seattle Yoga Works.
