The Development Partnership of Cahill Equities & barrientosRYAN LLC will develop a new +/-350 unit residential apartment building on NE 68th in the Roosevelt Urban Center, between Roosevelt Way and 12th Ave. The site is located across from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station opening in 2020. This project will include a significant amount of residential amenity space. Site assemblage is highlighted in yellow below. The site consists of six single family residences and a commercial corner lot totaling 36,730 SF.
