barrientos RYAN provided pre-construction development consulting services to the property owner in order to create this unique apartment building on Capitol Hill. Nestled at the north end of vibrant Broadway, the building includes 70 residential units. Spacious and light-filled homes have been a welcome addition to this high-density neighborhood.

With so many apartment units under construction on Capitol Hill, barrientos RYAN helped the owner to create a product that differentiated itself. There is a lack of larger residential units in this neighborhood, so high priority was placed on creating spaces for people who need more room. The bright and colorful design features work from Seattle area artists on every floor, with private patios, decks, community courtyards and a stunning rooftop deck.
