Storm Practice Facility

barrientos RYAN is is proud to be serving as the owner’s representative for this new ‘state of the art’ professional women’s basketball practice facility in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood. This facility is envisioned to serve as the home for the WNBA’s Seattle Storm and a youth-focused basketball skill development center.

There is no center in the United States specifically designed to support women’s basketball and no facility within any professional sport that is specifically built for professional women athletes.  The Storm owners plan to address that deficit by building a facility that honors their success, increases visibility of the women’s game, promotes and grows interest in the game of basketball, and expands access to the opportunity to play.  This facility will provide a unique environment for our city’s women’s professional basketball players.

The program includes 2 Basketball Courts, a Storm Team Center, Nutrition Center, Fitness/Strength Training, Diagnostics and Physical Therapy Spaces, Coaching and Administrative Offices, and state of the art technology.
