The 705 Weller project is located in the heart of Seattle’s International District, at the southeast corner of South Weller and 7th Avenue. The site was transformed into a mixed-use apartment and retail building. This project helps to meet the continuing demand for new housing in this neighborhood. The building’s design is distinctive with Asian characteristics, very large windows, nine-foot ceilings and large, light-filled spaces. barrientos RYAN was the developer for the project.
