The Parsonage

barrientos RYAN developed a new student housing community located two blocks from the University of Washington campus on Brooklyn Ave NE and NE 42nd Street. The building retains an existing historic landmark house as the new residential entry while also housing community spaces for student use. The main floor of the building includes ample amenity space for the anticipated student residents with several lounges, study spaces and various entertainment spaces.
