Tower Steps

Tower Steps is envisioned to be a two-building, mixed-income, multi-generational apartment development which is planned to be developed on the parking lot directly north of the prominent Pacific Tower. The development will consist of low-income, affordable and workforce housing units with an emphasis on offering housing for families. An early learning child care facility and an adult care facility are also planned for the project.
